1. Services
Sanjayan Sachithanandan trading as Sanjayan Estimating provides professional construction estimating consultancy services including quantity takeoffs, Bills of Quantities, cost estimating, and related services. All services are provided on a project-by-project or agreed monthly basis.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All prices shown on this website are indicative starting rates only. Final quotations are provided after reviewing your specific project requirements, drawing quality, scope, and required deliverables. No work commences until a quotation has been agreed in writing.
3. Deliverables and Accuracy
All deliverables are prepared with professional care and are based on the drawings and information provided. Quantities are measured from the drawings supplied and are subject to the assumptions and exclusions stated in each deliverable. I do not guarantee the accuracy of quantities where drawings are incomplete, unclear, or subsequently revised.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate drawings and project information. Revised or additional drawings provided after work has commenced may require a revised quotation and timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables prepared for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. The methodologies, templates, and processes used remain the intellectual property of Sanjayan Estimating.
6. Confidentiality
All project information, drawings, and client data are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for consequential losses arising from the use of my deliverables.
